Terms and Conditions of services to students in helping for loan guidance: (Last updated 2022, Dec)

1) UrbanLoans is a liaisoning center to help process student loans with the banks.

2) UrbanLoans require a minimum of 7-90 days to process the loan. The bank process will commence only after the receipt of all the required documents.

3) Once the student has submitted the required documents to the satisfaction of UrbanLoans, the student is required to visit the UrbanLoans office only when called. If the student wishes to meet the Loan counselor concerned meanwhile, he/she can do so with the prior appointment over the phone. The student is expected to give his/her contact details so that he/she could be contacted by the UrbanLoans office.

4) The authenticity of all the documents, including academic documents, financial statements, recommendation letters, etc. is the responsibility of the student.

5) UrbanLoans will not be responsible for the inordinate postal delays if any in the movement of documents or receipt of information or changes from the processing bank.

6) UrbanLoans will not be responsible if the student’s loan is rejected due to his/her unsatisfactory credentials.

7) Loan is subject to a valid document specified by the respective bank. Failure in measuring up to the required standard disqualifies the student from the loan.

8) All the deadlines drawn up and issued by UrbanLoans have to be met by the student, such as handing over the documents or contacting the bank. Any delay caused in this regard will delay the loan procedure.

9) UrbanLoans will not be liable for any other fees/expenses incurred by the applicant.
